When the kitchen cabinets are ordered, the plumbing and electrical work are also scheduled.  I make sure that everything is lined up for the job before it starts.  The electrician and plumber come in when the cabinet layout is determined, and give a fixed price for their work.  I take care of the rest, from new flooring to ripping out walls, insulating, drywall, painting, cabinet installation, and appliance hook up.
