Replacing damaged / rotted floor

This floor was incorrectly installed on top of a floor joists of a deck. The joist were removed and replaced with new joists and lowered to accept 3/4" plywood sub floor. Then the patch work of the oak flooring was installed. To finish this job an aged oak stain was applied to match the existing floor< and all the area was sanded and coated with 3 coats of premium polyurethane.

Many patterns can be applied to the installation. Various types of wood can be mixed in as well.

Hardwood floor will last the lifetime of the home . They can maintain  their beauty by buffing the floor and re coating the poly. For resale on your home hardwoods can satisfy all, as a carpet can be installed over with minimal damage to the wood, if carpet are desired
